1. How does Scents by Me work?
Scents by Me lets you create a fragrance that bears your name, not a brand. You choose a high-quality French fragrance base, then personalize your creation with 1 to 3 essential oils.

2. Is each package unique?
Yes. Each fragrance is individually and personally prepared for you. This is not an impersonal stock, but a creation made to order.

3. Where are your perfumes shipped from?
All our packages are shipped directly from France , from our partner workshop. You receive a real French perfume, with clear traceability.

4. Are your perfumes guaranteed Made in France?
Yes. Our fragrance bases and essential oils come from French suppliers selected for their expertise. You are guaranteed a fragrance designed and shipped from France.

5. What are the delivery times?
On average, 2 to 5 days in France, 5 to 10 days in Europe. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

6. Can I return my perfume?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind, as long as the bottle is intact and unopened (see our return policy).
